Type I technology is technology that helps the teacher teach things in the same or in a similar way. Type II technology is quite the opposite. It's technology that helps teach things in new ways.

3/4. Be more specific about which computer technology you think is Type II (because there are plenty of computer technologies that are Type I). Also, PowerPoint should have two capital letters. and "as apposed" should be "as opposed".
