Fairness, respect, trust and no bias inside the classroom is something that students desire from every teacher. I am surprised that students have a very strong idea of what they want the teacher to be like.
These ideas are very important to have in a class in order to create a safe learning environment. It also gets the students to understand that you as the teacher want them to learn and succeed instead of just allowing them to fail.

3/5 Your second paragraph is great. The first paragraph needs to give a description of what you read. Save your reaction for the second paragraph. Give more detail of what the book said about "fairness, respect, trust, and no bias" or even better, pick one example from the book and re-tell it.
Check the title of your blog entry against the directions.
The first sentence has "is" when it should be "are" if you're referring to the list. If you're referring to the name of the chapter, then the list should be in quotes and have more capital letters, then "is" would be correct.
